Sonja Ross MPA, RHIA, CPC-I, CRC, COC, CHTS Tr, CPMA, has a BS degree in Health Information Management and 29 years of practical experience Revenue Cycle working in the world renown Texas Medical Center. Sonja Ross 24 years of extensive experience teaching in CAHIIM accredited Health Information Technology a programs Lone Star College and Devry University.

She currently is teaching Life Changing Career Institute’s AAPC Accredited Program teaching the following AAPC credentials:
COC- Certified Outpatient Coder
CRC- Certified Risk Adjuster Coder
CPB-Certified Professional Biller.
My goal as professor in the programs offered is ensure the student understands the importance of the coding in Healthcare and the importance following knowing and applying Official Coding Guidelines, and Regulatory Guidance to ensure compliant coding. Students matriculating through LCCI are prepared for long term prosperous careers with opportunities for growth in a Health Care Delivery Systems with the knowledge based obtained attending LCCI.
